    hey guy has anyone tryed Muscle Research's igf-1 lr3 what do you think of it im thinking of getting some

    thanks mate witch is best to go for powder or reconstituted would you say 40mcg is a good amount per day for 1st time im going to shot im pwo

    40mcg p/day is a good dose for first timer. People are usually happy with doses between 40 - 80mcg. Start at a low dose and work your way up till you reach a certain dose you are happy with.

    Im on it right now, 40mcgs/day. Good stuff, Im starting to become more defined, and weight is moving up pretty well.

    hi guys i have made my mind up mand im going to get some of this was going to get recon but i live in the uk and im abit worried it may got spoiled on the plane over do you think it will be ok or should i go for powder

    I thouhgt the opposite, but I am not sure.

    I thuoght that the powder was more stable and that is why most companies send the powder.

    I'm not positive about this because peptides are kind of new to me..... but I thought compannies keep the peptide in powder form because it has a longer shelf-life then if it was reconstituted.

    I know MR ships the IGF with a freezer pack but I do not know how long that would last.

    Even if it thaws out by the time you get it, it will still be fine. Check this out.
