    Oratropin-1 Diet

    I know your not supposed to eat or dink 1hour after the dosage, and that you should take in 600 g proetin daily with this. but what kind of diet should you be on with oratropin-1 i can't find the info anywhere, i tried the search. i see lots of logs but noone is puttin thier diet info down, like number or carbs is mainly what i'm looking for. thanks

    Do 2-2.5 times your body weight in grams of protein, then what ever you use to bulk

    I posted my diet on here, look it up...i am dieting down for a BBing show while using it so it might not be applicable if you are bulking...XXL
