you can run it by itself, dont expect to be a monster over nite,it works directly in conjunction with the diet you keep.meaning the more purposeful your diet mainly right after your pwo shot then the better the results.but it will take time.lots and lots of time.it isnt like anadrol where you will pack on a pound a day...most people will put on some wieght initially but myself it was around 5# the first time i ran it.but you have to remember why you are taking it in the first place...to shuttle nutrients to the muscles after training, the faster you can get out of a catabolic state the more progress you will make.
Insulin is an "all rounder". You can use it to cut, or you can use it to bulk. All it does is allow your body to absorb more nutrients then usual faster. It's a minor addetive with major side effects.

hmmmm.......used for cutting?
ill def do more research
Personally im a fan of the idea of using Insulin and Clen in conjunction with one another. Something im going to try in about a week.
keep us posted :hello:
Thats correct. You can use it for cutting, but be carefull as Insulin use increases the chances of fat storage by far. So if you are using it for cutting, you really have to know how to limit your nutrient intake. Otherwise, it's a lot easier to use for bulking.Quote:

Totally agreed, and I have said this before. It is way too over rated when it comes to both results and side effects wise.Quote:
