    How much IGF for first-timer

    How much IGF (LR3) should I use if I am a first-time user. I have plenty of cycles under my belt and now it's getting a little harder to make gains so I was going to add this to my current cylce of Sust, Deca , and Dianabol .

    Also, how long does it take for IGF to start acting? Is it immediately?

    how long

    Thanks for the advice, guys. But how long does it take for IGF to "kick in". Or is it immediately. I am going to run it with my Sust, Deca , and Dianabol .

    what are your stats but the normal starting dose between 30-50mcg's.

    My stats are 5'8", 192 lbs., and around 12% bf. It seems that every cycle I go on, I hit just over 190 and then my gains stop so I am planning to start IGF so I can break this barrier.

    If you add igf-1 to the above cycle you mentioned you should make some good gains.
