umm... if your using it right away... even if the water is ICE COLD... how long do you think it stays that way once you put it into your body? I doubt it would even be a problem if you mixed room temp water with it and then refrigerated it after... although I would probably have cold Bacteriostatic water on hand before making GH I intended to store... cuz I'm anal..
well, ive been doing it with room temp BW and using the entire vial right away, but i have nt been getting the usual sides i get from GH this time around. so here i am trying to "pin" my problem. is it the new brand im using(ankebio) or something else?
nope
no, but i keep mine in the frig.. next to the syringes as well..
I've never kept it in the fridge, but just to be safe, I'm going to start......
I think that the gh goes through enough before you get it in your fridge, Like the shipping time to the supplier and the shipping time to you. Who know's how long it's been at room temperature. I preload my syringe before I go to the gym with gh and insulin so I can take right after... that's another 1.5 hours at room temperature when it's constituted.
I would take as many precautions as I could. Constitute the gh with cold water.
That's a good question though. I've never heard anyone ask that. I always keep the BW in the fridge anyway.Quote:

However mixing the gh with room temp water will have no affect whatsoever on the amino chain. Otherwise there would be instructions to refridgerate the water as well, and there aren't. It is just a safe practice to do if you are drawing from say a 30ml vial of BS water.
Get a little insulin wallet... I haven't seen them but from what I understand it keeps your stuff cold with an ice pack and makes for a handy place to put your pin...Quote:
