Anyone use gluc tables for pwo drink after an insulin shot?

just curious...seems the amount of gluc would be more accurate

lots of guys do it...just chew em after u inject

drug store and they are dextrose tablets. Just flavored sugar tabs

If your first starting out on slin take dextrose.Use the Glucose tabs for emergency. Just seems like a lot of tabs for primary sugur. If you use 10iu of slin you need 25 tabs being they are only 4g of carbs each.

For emergency use only. Stick with dextrose/maltodextrin powder for your PWO.

Keep them with you at all times after you inject for added saftey reasons like Gear and the others said. They are cheap $<2
