after my pwo shot and my first meal how long should I wait before the second meal, should I wait one hour or hour and a half

i assume ur talkin about slin..... with slin this is wut i do: drink dex pwo then 15 min later have 50-60g protein shake then an hr later have another meal 50g protein,low fat, 50g of carbs.

Immidietly have your carbs/glutamine/creatine
15 min later 75g protein isolate
1.25hrs later have a solid meal (50g carbs, 50g protein)
2.00hrs later have another solid meal (40g carbs, 50g protein)
