    Lr3 Igf-1 Users!!

    If you are currently running LR3 IGF-1 or have in the past, do you reccomend using it? I am contimplating whether or not to add it to my cycle and time is running out..What kinda of gains did you expereience i am planning on running it at 50mcg PWO for 4 weeks..so that 1Mg is just enough..any feedback is greatly appreciated

    Use it during pct, protein is the key, no one can tell you what you'll gain

    I'm about 8 days into it at 60mcd ED and stuff is great. Definetely am leaner and more vascular, I've even gained about 3lbs, and lost 1%BF (2lbs).

    Are you running it ed or just PWO? I only am looking to purchase 1mg and run it at 50mcg PWO (M-F) for 4 weeks.. Would this be effective or is it only worth it if i run it ed?(sat-sun)

    I'm not sure about the days off... I'm running 60mcg PWO and 40mcg in the morning on non-workout days (sat-sun)... bump for an answer

    i've run it twice ,once without aas and once with 100mg prop and humalog pwo.
    both times i just shoot it mon/teus-thurs/fri. 50mcg
    i did'nt toke it pwo.
    first time i gained (no aas/slin) 4lbs
    the second time i gained 14 lbs in the 5 weeks i was on the igf wich had probably a lot to do with the slin/prop but i defenitly think i benefite from the new muscle cels of that igf run and the previous.
