I know that if you are using insulin that you're supposed to inject PWO the muscle group that you worked. But I also heard that when using IGF (LR3) that it doesn't matter where you inject cuz it doesn't necessarily make THAT muscle grow. If this is true, where do you guys inject? And by "PWO", exactly how long after your workout do you inject?

I inject as soon as I get home from the gym... so for my its 5 minutes. And yeah you can shoot wherever you want wtih LR3.... so tris are my fav to hit
i shoot in the washroom in my gym right after my workout. i usually shoot in the muscle worked anyways except for my back cause its too hard to reach around. i know u dont need to but...
who says washroom?..... crazy Canadians :D
