HGH Question???

I will be starting a cycle of HGH in the near future (along with Test and Deca).... I have been researching the dosages and trying to figure out how much and how frequent. I've just about decided on 4iu's a day. I read that some people take it 5 on and 2 days off. Why is this? I have done about 6 cycles or so in the past. My hardest cycle was 600mg Test E/wk and 600 deca/wk. Should I start out with the HGH alone for a while? Or start it all with a bang at once? Sorry for the multiple questions. The main one I want answered is: why 5 on 2 off? But would appreciate advice on the others too.
