    igf-1 : good for cutting ?

    i'm in my contest prep now, i want to know if igf-1 could be good for me during my contest prep or after the contest?


    i'm on a keto- diet ( work great for me )

    It can help you lean out a bit......... but I have noticed when running IGF that it also increase my hunger.

    i'm on eq now, so i'm able to deal with hunger :P

    LOL......... then go for it........ I like IGF... I ran it with var and liked the results. Also, IGF is great to use durring PCT.

    The good thing about using IGF-1 LR3 for cutting is you can use high doses of T3 with less likelyhood of muscle loss. High T3 doses increase IGF binding proteins, but these do not effect the LR3 version.

    When cutting fat, eat your carbs around your w/o, then eat lots of protein the rest of the day (Ido am w/o)

    I use sibutramine to decrease my appetite. Look into PGF2-A also for fat loss, it kills fat cells on contact. But yes IGF should increase fat loss
