Hi im on day 11 on my igf 1 cycle @ 40 mcg ED
I shoot PWO and in the morning of non work out days. Im currently eating 200-250 g of protein each day. Is this to little?
Because I dont feel anything No sides no nothing...
Is my gear fake or is me doing something wrong.
I use it alone without AAS

got it from a dealer I trust. but u never know..
igf1 lr3 works well...
just give it like 2 weeks before you start seeing noticeable strength increases
i started to notice the fat burning in about a week (with almost no cardio)

Most people say to eat at least two grams of protein per lb of bw...I am starting igf today and will strive for 550+ grams of protein (50% powder and 50% food).
i think they say that because the potential of igf1lr3 is not fully understood, which suggests that for the best results, you need to take in as much protein as possible
igf without AAS is a total waste if you ask me..the igf will cause hyperplasia,and without AAS there will be no hypertrophy of the new cells.you may have theroretically doubled your cells but without something to cause them to matureQuote:

This is true, but I think overall it will help you maintain muscle mass during pct and make your subsequent cycle more effective. Plus IGF-1 helps increase your endo test production.Quote:

I've used it with and without gear. I get pretty vascular and crazy painful muscle pumps beginning around the end of week 2. I also feel a little hypo/tired about an hour after every shot. Give it a few more days.Quote:
