    is this?

    Is this normal i took my first shot of Lr3 today 40mcg (20mcg in each tricep)
    and i felt very tired after the shot for hours and i have better appetite

    I just started mine a few days ago, and everytime I take a shot shortly after I start feeling tired and dizzy, but I am naturally hypo so this stuff is kicking my ass.

    Yeah, those are the two main sides of IGF-1.

    Should i inject in to the muscle i work that day or just Sq???

    Inject in the muscle group worked, PWO. On rest days, inject AM in muscle group worked the day before.

    Since LR3 is systematic, you do not need to inject bi-laterally. If I inject in the left quad, the next workout I inject on the right.

    Many people say that it is not necessary to inject into the muscle worked out-so just inject into the muscle that has the least amount of fat over it...for me it is the quads or biceps.
