PWO shake for igf-1?

is Nlarge2 plus a scoop of protein powder a good PWO shake when taking igf-1?

are you taking slin also? if so i believe there is too much fat and too many carbs in the nlarge to use pwo..if your just using igf and bulking then it is sufficient for pwo

no sin... just igf, test e, and eq for bulking :lift:

I don't like Nlarge2 because of the frutose in it, but it'll work
