igf-1 dosage question

I've just finished my first cycle of igf-1,i took 40mcg ED for 25 days I gained maybe 4 pounds of quality muscle. I'm going to run 80mcg on my next cycle what kind of gains should I expect with this increased dose? also how long exectly should i wait to begin this second cycle is say 25 days enough?

In the terms of gains you should do alittle better maybe you will see 5-6 pounds of lean muscle. Why don't you add a small dose of test will it then maybe see a gain of 10-12 pounds. And wait at least 20 days after last time taking igf-1 and go for 30days of igf-1 this time. :lift:

thanks for the advise i was thinking of running test as well

AAS will increase your muscle gains considerably more than just using more IGF.

ya but its nice to use on its own at a bridge between cycles.....run a nice cycle and then finish with the 80mcgs a day through pct

The higher dose doesn't mean more gains if you don't up your protein intake.

how much protien is necessary for me to see optimal gains at this dose my body weight is 250 at 10 percent bodyfat.

600-700 grams of protein
