    First lr3IGF-1 use

I just orderd from MR and will be starting almost as soon as it arrives. I only have a few small questions regarding the diet while on IGF-1. My stats are:
age-45, weight- 219, height- 6 ft, BF- 16%. My question is while I am on I will be taking in pretty much the same thing I eat right now and that is about 350-375 Grams of protein. I am thinking that should be enough, but the carbs are a question. I only consume carbs in the morning and around my workout time ( fairly large amount immediately after workout). I don't take any in the evening or night. My job allows me to workout everyday around 10:00am. Does this sound ok to you guys. Thanks!
Oh yeah, if there are any other Louisiana boys out there who can tell me the protein count of crawfish, raw oysters and shrimp I would aoppreciate it. Peace.

Your diet will depend on several factors:
    1. Your goals, are you cutting or bulking?
    2. Any side effects you might be getting. IGF-1 makes some people feel hypo, so they need to eat more carbs throughout the day.

No matter what you're doing I'd still bump the protein up to atleast 2g per lb, and many reccomend 3g per lb while on IGF-1.

I like to do my carbs around my workout, then just protein and salads.

Thanks for the info. I will bump up the protein to 2 - 3 grams a day.
