Is it ok to inject 25 units of air into the vial,before drawing any gh, to counteract the suction inside the vial? I am just paranoid about damaging this stuff because it is so fragile and expensive.

I always introduce some air into the GH vial. It's necessary to get a proper draw and to get the last remaining bit out of it.

The vials may contain a vacuum. I release the vacuum by drawing the plunger out.
Seriously? You take the plunger all the way out until you hear hiss from the vial? No risk of contamination?Quote:
