I want to try Johnny B's 4-4-4 bridge method after I come off this cycle. I will be a first time IGF-1 user, however I am 225 lbs at around 7.5%. I am also a very experienced slin user as well. If I buy one bottle of MR's IGF-1 it's going to be like 1000 mcg total. Therefore, even if I only took 40mcg/day for 4 weeks I'd be looking at 2 bottles of it correct?
at 40mcg it will last 25 days mate
****it, thats what I thought, ok, looks like I'm going to need 2 bottles then. I would like to hit up at least 60mcg/day. Thanks
whats the best dosage of igf-1 for a first timer?
Most people are happy with doses between 40 - 60mcg. First timers usually start on about 30mcg and increase the dose by how they feel.

You can get them in 1 5 and 10mg bottles.

Ok, so maybe if I start at 30mcg/day then a 1ml bottle might get me through 4 weeks. I just know how I am, and I dont think after a week on it that 30-40mcg is going to be enough to please me. I think I want 60-80mcg, as I've ran slin many of times before and from what I hear the side effects and properties are very similar to slin.
