glucose or dextrose

whats the diference between glucose and dextrose, I drink lucosade which is a glucose drink, whats better glucose or dextrose drink?

blood glucose and dextrose are identical or near identical in structure on a molecular level. From your standpoint glucose and dextrose are the same thing.

Oh yeah, if you're referring to Lucozade, I hope you don't plan on using that as your carb source. it's only 2g of carbs per 100ml.
