I had planned to take GH on a 5 on, 2 off schedule. But now I wonder if it makes more sense to only do it on the days I workout. I train on a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off split, and was thinking that maybe I should take the GH (sometimes with slin) only on the days I train. Do you think that that is better than running GH 5 days straight and taking two days off? Or does it even matter? Thanks.
