Should I Take GH Only on Workout Days?
I had planned to take GH on a 5 on, 2 off schedule. But now I wonder if it makes more sense to only do it on the days I workout. I train on a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off split, and was thinking that maybe I should take the GH (sometimes with slin) only on the days I train. Do you think that that is better than running GH 5 days straight and taking two days off? Or does it even matter? Thanks.

As far as I know you use it like your on a cycle . But what do I know its why I come here to read .

i dont think you should take any days off. there is no point for doing this except to save money. i take 6iu's a day 7 days a week.
