Great post sparkle.
I do have a question about PWO carbs. I plan on running some LR3 in a few months.
So if I shoot the IGF-LR3 after my workout (My usual shake consists of about 50g protein and 120g dex) is this the right amount of sugar afterwards? And does it matter when I take the shake?
