Is it true that there are only 2 companies that produce IGF1-LR3 ? Is MR IGF1-LR3 media or receptor grade ?

MR is media grade and one company have the patent what i know

That is pretty accurate. LR3 is actually patented by Gropep. All of the research companies for the most part get their LR3 from Gropep.

Igtropin is the one exception to Gropep ... I am not sure if they have developed their own process or reverse engineered Gropep's.

MR's LR3 is media grade, but I personally wouldn't get too hung up on the whole media / receptor grade argument. You will see good results from MR's LR3.
