    insulin and cretine

    im thinking about running a 3/4 cretine and insulin cycle only, do you think it's worth it? what kinda gains do you think i could expect if my diet is good?

    3/4 creatine? what the hell does that mean?

    Anyways, you shouldnt expect gains like you would make from an AAS cycle, but insulin definitely makes a difference

    Creatine seems to bloat people, and because insulin is now in the picture, creatine will be shuttled into cells even stronger. So, the chances of getting bloated more than usual are higher. So if you don't mind that, I say go for it. But IMO, I would use some glutamine with it as well for additional benefits, followed by the usual PPWO and PPPWO nutrients.
