minimum time between injections?

if i'm splitting 3iu's what is the minimum time between injections i should take. sometimes i wake up a little late to take my morning piss and injection and only have another 2 or 3 hours to sleep, when i wake up to go to work i take my other injection.

i have heard 4 hours is minimum and a half day is optimum. I take when I wake up and right before bed.
