If IGF is legal, why can't you post prices / sources?

Don't wanna sound like a dick, but if IGF1 is legal (it's a research chem), why can't you post prices / sources?

rules have always been no source posting. I dont think the board admin wants any price or source posting at all unless it is connected with his board supporters like AR-R . He's running a business here so why throw up competitors out on the open board?

makes sense - but AR-R (who I use) dont stock IGF, so it wouldn't be stepping on their toes....or would it..?
BTW I'mnot trying to make a big deal of this, just interested.
