    tricep injection

    last night I shot igf into my tri's and my whole arm went numb then it started to hurt soo bad.I think I hit a nerve and it sucked.my question is this common because i am scared to do it again? thanks

    Never done tri shots, but i would suggest going to a bigger muscle group for your inj.

    I flex to mark a spot on the top front tri muscle close to the shoulder. Never had a issue going numb, that sucks!

    I had the same thing the day after i shot in the tri except it happene in the gym while doing pullups... was only numb for a few minute then felt fine....

    Thats weird you might have hit a nerve. But I have done Tricep's and it does not hurt a bit. You're probably doing it wrong.
