I am on JIN 5 iu twice a day and 40 mcg MR IGF pwo. I am starting my third week tomorrow and have not seen anything yet.
I am eating a ton of protein...but I am not using any steroids at the moment...maybe I am just getting to anxious, but i thought I would at least see something from the igf.
Somebody cheer me up please!
Are you saying you are taking 10iu's of jino a day. If you are there is no reason for the igf-1. But if you insist on using it you might want to try increasing the dose to 50 or 60 mcg'sQuote:

It is legit gh-5 iu a day
gh takes a LONG time for strength increases
igf, well you'll get a little bit but id add some slin in there if you wanna notice gains
just becareful with slin and igf at the same time
I will run slin when I am off of the igf.
Igf 4 weeks on 4 off....slin 4 weeks on 4 off. <<
week 1-4 igf and gh
week 5-8 gh and slin
It will take at least 12 weeks before you start to notice strength gains, etc. THey are very gradual, unlike AAS.
Yeah, I realize that the results from gh are very gradual....i was thinking the igf would be doing something for me by now....especially with the gh.Quote:
