The difference between Oratropin-1 and insulin?

Hey ya'll. So I don't know much about this Oratropin-1, but I would like to. I know IGF-1 play a role in manipulating insulin, but then what is the difference between using oratropin-1 (or others like it) and just using insulin? I have used insulin intramuscularly in the past with great results. I know it's dangerous, but I ran it very safely with the help of my good pal Rambo, the genious. I just want to know what exactly the oratropin-1 does, how to run it, and what the difference is in running that to just using insulin. Thanks guys.
