Cool IGF PWO or twice daily?

I know the general thought is to use the LR3IGF1 PWO, but if you are looking for a more steady stream (so to speak), with a half life of six hours, why not use it twice daily. Example:

    60mcg/day,PWO--------60mcg/day, 30mcg am, 30mcg pm
    Day 1
    6:00am 60 mcg-------------- 30 mcg
    12:00pm 30 mcg ------------- 15 mcg
    6:00pm 15 mcg ------------- 37.5 mcg
    12:00am 7.5 mcg ------------ 18.75 mcg

    Day 2
    6:00am 63.75 mcg ----------- 39.75 mcg
    12:00pm 31.875 mcg ---------- 19.6875 mcg
    6:00pm 15.9375 mcg ---------- 39.84375 mcg
    12:00am 7.96875 mcg ---------- 19.921875 mcg

Forgive me if I am wrong, especially the great kahunas of the IGF Johnny B. and MR. Sparkle, but it would seem to be better to a have a more constant flow, if you will, rather than peaks and valleys. It also seems that using twice daily you (almost) always have a greater amount in your blood stream. Please, someone show me the error of my ways. Peace.

tuggy i do not understand your dosing schedule.

it is maybe just me but i am confused and am unable to give my opinion until i fully understand the post.

what i would say however is that lr3 is used post workout to take advantage of the up-regulated igf receptors after intense exercise.

The dosing I am showing is two different ways used in comparison. First, if you were to take 60mcg PWO. Second, if you were to take 30mcg at 6:00am and 30mcg at 6:00pm. The break downs that I have shown are to illustrate the number of mcg of lr3IGF1 that would be in your bloodstream at six hour intervals. This is shown due to the fact that it has a half-life of six hours.

Basically IGF does not have to have constant blood levels to work, so using it PWO is great... Plus it lasts longer

Thank you Mr. Sparkle. That I can definetly understand. At least I can se why the train of thought on this subject seemed to shift from taking it twice daily to taking it PWO. Thanks again for the response. Thanks for the PM also Mr. Sparkle I appreciate the time and effort.
