any "PCT" for growth hormone?

Even though gh isn't supposed to really shut you down per se', is there anything you should take say if you went 6 months on 1 month off...is there anything that you could take to restore you or prime you for when you got back on for maximum results??

or even something you could take during to keep your body making as much of it's own as possible???

yeah bascally.....I don't want to get this too complicated..just a basic PCT to make sure you are back on track to produce as much endogenous gh as possible....
