    killer pumps

    Man my arms feel like they were going to burst. I did bi/tris today and when i left the gym i could hardly bring my arm to a 90 degree bend. It wouldnt go past 90 degress. After about my 3rd set for each muscle group they already felt fully pumped. It was some what painful... but i liked it

    pumps are great...I love them....You just feel like you could lift the gym up
