    Mixing IGF-1

    I've been taking IGF-1 by filling the insulin syringe with BC water in addition to the IGF-1. Now i'm considering replacing the BC water with injectable B-12 since I'm already on that anyway, kill two birds with one stone. Anyone done similiar? Any reason not to?

    i use b12 instead of BC... seems to work fine
