tricks to get the last of the igf-1?

ok im getting to the end of my first vial of igf-1 lr3... whats the trick to getting the last of it up? With AS i just keep sticking the pin in different spots and suck it up and dont care if i get air bubbles in it, but with igf-1 i dont want to get air into it because i dont want to risk losing any when i try to get the air out. Also i dont want to keep sicking the pin in different locations and dull it since it doesnt have an interchangeable pin.
Any thoughs?

Rip the top off and suck it off the bottom of the stopper???

I put 3ccs of b12 into mine and swirled it around to mix with any extra that might be suck to the walls of the bottle, it was prolly about 100mcgs, oh well.

cut the foil cap off it.(no waste)

i preload all my syringes at once and keep them in the fridge and add bact water just prior to injecting post workout.

just add 10 ius or so of bw ,swirl it and withdraw
