How to measure IGF-1

Hey guys I just received my IGF (MR) today. There is hardly $hit in the bottle (1ml). How do I accurately measure the stuff. It seems like the volume of the dosages would be extremely small. Could someone please tell me step by step how to do the stuff. (I have been researching). Also Ive read where people say to eat like 600 grams of protein a day on IGF. Why is this if it is true? What is the correct amount of protein?
