    IGFLR3 - Sub-q or IM?

What do you guys prefer for your IGF injections. An explanation and some scientific evidence on what you feel is better would be great too.

I always go IM. The highest concentration of IGF receptors are in muscle tissue. IGF1 receptors are also upregulated in muscle tissue in response to reistance training, so IM pwo is the only way to go IMO.

Could you give a detailed version of your story. How were you injecting, etc?... I plan on starting my IGF today and would hate for that to happen to me.

Honestly not trying to be rude, but the topic is IM or Sub-Q? Could someone who knows the answer to this question please post the answer?

An old post by einstein, i know he was a scammer but he did know his stuff.

There are IGF-1 receprors all over the place. You are, I'm assuming, taking IGF-1 to increase lean mass. You have a huge concentration of IGF receptors on your intestinal epithelia. If you go subQ, the IGF becomes systemic via your vascular system and will bind to receptors all over and cause growth (oversimplified). Lots will bind to IGF receptors on muscle, which is good. Some will bind to intestinal receptors or receptors on your spleen, which isn't what you're looking for. Going IM just focuses things and reduces possible adverse effects. This doesn't mean you'll get growth gut if you shoot subQ, but at high doses and over time, it will increase your chances.

There has also being studies done that showed igf entered muscles less efficiently when injected subq i would guess that this is down to an increased amount throughout your entire body.
IM into the muscle just trained is the only way to go IMO.

I'm doing IM. It's awesome stabbing myself into a pumped up muscle. Biceps are the best! I love this stuff!

i had a 1mg bottle of igf, omega labs... i i drew out 40mcg, or 4ius i believe, and then filled the rest up with bw to cut the ba. i did this for about a week with no problems. sometimes a little burn, but nothing a man with balls cant handle. but then the next day one of the burning spots got really itchy. then the next day it was itchy and numb. the spot spread from the injection sight, to mty my lower pecs, over my belly button, and about 6 inches from my hip. itch, numb fealing. i continued with IM injections and had no problem.

doing an im injection with a 29g pin is nothin. i actually think its easier than sub c. injections. you just jab it in, rather than trying to find loose skin to rotate.

oh yea and blue thunder..... do me a big favor and show me where you read that about it being good for "spot injections" for fat reduction. i dont think it could be possibly true, but ill stay open minded.

I fill the syringe with BC water or B-12 then pull in the igf-1 last. That way if anything is lost in the syringe it's not the igf-1.

I agree in theory with this, and will probably choose to do it as well. But I've heard it said that you potentially introduce small amounts of BW into your IGF vial this way. I really don't know if this could cause an issue of impurity or not, but maybe someone else can help us out on this.

Thats the same thing I do as well. But one thing I thought about is the weight of the IGF versus the solvent used. If the IGF weighs more it would only make sense that it would travel to the bottom of the syringe and the solvent would actually be on top. Just something to ponder.

You can clearly look at it and see that isn't happening. The B-12 is red and the IGF-1 is thicker and clear; it never moves. Even with BC water you see the difference.
