    Question IGF Injection sites???

    Why do people say inject PWO into the muscle you worked out? Is this really necessary or beneficial?

    no need to if its LR3 IGF-1, its going into the body as a whole anyway... but some think it promotes site gains...

    I am doing 80mcg a day and I inject in the a.m. and then inject post workout at night,I have been doing delt injections for 3 weeks and everything is going well,I was told by a igf guru to do delt injects he said it didnt make a difference.

    yes i am up 9lbs as of today and the pumps are insane,i also am noticing that i am more ripped in my upper body.i plan on using igf for all my cycles!

    i personally used it in the thigh cuz their is alot of space to inject, great stuff, cut up and form new muscle at same time
