Answer Question Please????

For the last month I have been using insulin needles for HGH and IGF for the last week. The needles I was using were 30 ga (5/16"). I thought that was the only size slin needles they made. Today I went to get more and the needles were 29 ga (1/2"). Did I just waste a month of HGH and a week of IGF with too short of a needle? Which size is correct (1/2" or 5/16")? If I could hear from several of you I would appreciate that.

chill out bro...both are fine. just make sure the IGF goes IM...you can't have that much fat floating on your muscles.
