    I'm right there with you Brother. I look like a S all twisted up right now from lifting a 21" monitor at work last week. to top it off, I have to get up using my right leg because my left one if hurting. Now my right knee is starting to hurt. It's been a week but I still haven't missed the gym. Just skip squats and hams. Oh, and stay off the narcotic pain meds. That will get you no where fast. Hang in there, just a minor set back.
    I have to herniated disk. L4 and L5 from doing squat in 1999.
