Is there any other ways to cycle IGF.I know the 50day cycle plain but would a 1 week on/off work better for longer use.Say a 6month cycle but then it's really only 3month cycle.

There would be no problems running IGF 4 weeks ON/OFF for 6 months anyway. That's what a lot of people do. Some even run 4 ON/OFF longer than 6 months.

Which cycle plain would hold better gains.I would say 1 on/off would.
I can't comment because I have never compared 4 ON/OFF with 1 ON/OFF. Most people, as a matter of fact everybody that I know runs IGF about 4 weeks ON/OFF. It would be good if we got some other opinions on this.
At the end of the day, do what works best for you.

I forgot to mention that LR3 reults usually start occuring around the 2nd week into cycle, so you probably would want to run it for another week or 2 extra. I doubt you would get much results, or if any at all by using IGF 1 week ON/OFF.

Thats what i was looking for.So gains start kicking around week 2 and week 5 receptors are full.So really that is the only way a 50 days cycle.I am waitting for my Test to get kick in fully before i start IGF in hopes to aid in IGF receptors. Is this right
I think what he's trying to say is that 4on/4off would be the best approach...not a 50 day cycle. After 5 weeks, gains decline significantly.
the standard 4 weeks on/4 weeks off cycle is purely the result of empirical evidence showing that results slowed down after 5 weeks. the 4 weeks off is based soley on the time on=time off "rule of thumb".
hooker theorized that EOD injections MIGHT help prevent igf1 tolerance.
Yup 4 on 4 off is best
