    amount of calories

I'm planning to use IGF- L3 as PCT.
I just had a "cutting" cycle and want to keep my gains as best as possible.
Do I have to stay on the same amount of calories or should I (or can I) increase my calories. At the moment my calorie intake is very low (2500 calories). I'm 1,79 m and weigh 90 kg

Somebody says more protein, someone else more carbs. So I assume I have to increase my calories?

How much do I need, you think?

proteins is the most important, you have to watch the carbs and adjust it according to how you feel cause igf can cause hypoglycemia.
so up youre protein intake to min. 500gram as then the igf will do wonders.

    good luck
