Basic IGF-1 LR3/huIGF-1 cycle guide?

I was reading and in the thread he says in order to confidently know you have the correct amount of IGF you should "First draw out 30iu of B12 or BW (bacteriostatic water) on the dot" cant i draw just 6iu of BW and draw the remaining amount to 10 iu i know 6+4=10 instead of using all that BW or is there a specific reason he sais 30ius?

i use 20 ius of bw-well i did im off for a month now....i never used b-12 but was considering it for my next cycle-anyone do this?
