    Im sure you could but I wouldnt want to take the chance of getting which ever chemical you draw up first into the bottle of the 2nd drawn chemical. Also most people go sub-q with HGH and IM with IGF, although I hear a FEW people doing the opposite of each.

    thats right. also you should shoot the igf post work out. i shoot my gh in the morning before work but you can do it whenever you want
