    Question MY GAINS &????

    Been lifting and taking gear of and on for a year and half. I have gone from 165lb, 12% bf at 5'11" to
    195, 7 %bf and lost around 4 inches in my waist. Have had a pretty clean diet also., consume aroud 450g of protien aday. I want to run one more cycle and finish up for the year. I'm trying to get around 8more lb's of clean muscle,
    What do u guys think of this last run?????ANY COMMENTS PLEASE
    -400mg T Cyp twice a week
    -75mg tren eod
    -10mcg's of IGF Lr3 5on and 2off for 8 weeks
    -5 I.U.'s of GH ed 5on 2 off for 40 days.
    -
    -PCTwill by nolvadax and clomid

    -What do yall think??

    make sure you are following timeon+pct=timeoff... if you've done a number of cycles in teh past year and half, it makes me think you are not following this rule of thumb... please correct me if I'm wrong. It's good that you are eating clean and all, but to be quite honest I think you could have made the gains without the juice at 165... what's done is done...

    Gained almost 30lb of muscle and lost about 10 of fat ,come no juice i'd still be where i was at then.

    That's cool bro, Im not argueing that you made some wicked gains.... just saying at 165 you could have done more naturally... congrats on the gains though!

    Do some more research on proper IGF cycleing bro. You really should run atleast 40mcgs/day and do a 4 week on, 4 week off type cycle.

    Do you mean 10mcg or 100mcg, because i dont think 10mcg is going to have much effect at all. 8 weeks is also a little long IMO.

    if you have'nt got that much igf then safe it for pct.

    40 days of hgh won't do much.

    40 days of gh is a waste of money. You need alot more.

    10mcg a day wont do anything and you should only do it 4weeks on 4weeks off you stop getting gains after 4weeks.

    Sorry fellows for the miss spelling I meant 100 mcg aday of IGF not 10 my fault, I have run gh and IGFtogether for same period b4 and seen good gains with no tren .. n
    -I can get more IGF if needed not a promblem, my understanding would be better toget mor GH and run it for16 weeks and IGF 4 8wk's. Correct me if that is not right??
