If it's Om**a, then they are good to go. Their IGF comes in 1mg vials right now and is as good or better than any other lab's, especially for the price. I've used as much as 100mcg ED, but I've found that 80mcg ED works best for me on a cost benefit anaysis. If you've never used it before, try 40mcgED PWO or in the A.M. on non workout days. Work your way up from there. I experience minimal if any sides from IGF. Sometimes I get some pretty painful pumps in the gym though. But I actually dig that.
