IGF-1 advise and protocol

How are you guys running it? I am looking into running it with an upcomming cycle. It is my understanding that it is supposed to be like:

--40-60mcg injected ED PWO bilaterally (ie each arm/pec/etc....)
--to be injected with a 1/2 inch insulin pin
--to be injected intramuscularly
--to be run for 28 days (ie middle of cycle and PCT)

Care should be taken if running slin because of increased sensitivity due to the IGF.

Is O**ga still the place of choice to get it and is that the only grade they have. It is media grade right...?

Let me know what you guys think.

40-60mcg is the dose that most people are satisfied with.

i always inject in the bicep,one day left the other day right pwo. 5on/2off but you could do pwo and on non workout days in the morning.

its very beneficial during cycle and through pct this way you get best of both worlds.

lr3 igf-1 doesn't have any site specific enhencement although i seem to get a bit of a higher peak on my bicep.my gues is that its more important to get fully in the muscle wich is the easyest in the bicep.
