Is 57 degrees cold enough to store IGF-1 ?

Is 57 degrees cold enough? I think a fridge is at about 40 degrees. I have a small wine cellar which holds 50 bottles of wine (one of those half fridges for wine) and it would be much easier to hide my IGF there rather than the fridge -- it is a constant 57 degrees.
