i cut the metal cap of the phial ,take out the rubber stopper and preload all my syringes and store them in the fridge.
this saves blunting the pins.
i then add the bacteriostatic water prior to injection post workout.
Is it really a good idea to expose the igf like that? Wouldn't the air contaminate it?Quote:
