    malto compared to dex

if you look on the lable/calorie chart, dex is listed as sugar while malto is not, does this mean that using malto instead of dex post slin while make you less likely to gain fat, or are they both very similar

Dextrose is glucose, and glucose is a simple carb (carbohydrates). Maltodextrin is also a carbohydrate too. They are both digested fast therefore are most beneficial PWO regardless if one uses slin or not.

When it comes to fat gain, it's not about what kind of carbs you have, it's about having and not having the "excess" carbs as excess carbohydrates will be stored.
