expert advice needed:: IGF1 LR3 and INSULIN to make IGF1BP3

i read this clip from an article on the Oasis HGH section

"IGFBP-3 - Known as Insulin -like growth factor (IGF) binding protein-3 is known to block IGF action and inhibit cell growth. IGFBP-3 is thought to act by sequestering free IGFs or, possibly, act via a novel IGF-independent mechanism. Supporting its role as a primary growth inhibitor, IGFBP-3 production has been shown to be increased by cell growth-inhibitory agents, such as transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta), and the tumor suppressor gene."

ive also read that by combining IGF1-LR3 and insulin IGF1-BP3 is created...

but in respect of this article, doesnt this mean it prevents (inhibits) cell growth? wouldnt that mean its catabolic and goes against the original intention?

does that make any sense? I thought by stacking insulin and IGF1-LR3 you get a much more anabolic effect???

somebody help me here im totally lost after reading that

insulin inhibits igf-bp so igf-1 has a longer half life as far as i know.

more, but i don't think its neccesary to run slin while on lr3 igf-1 cause lr3 binds very poorly to igf-bp.better to alternate it 4on/4off.
